SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped from MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT, Ponte a Ema - Firenze, from Monday to Friday with hours 9:00 am-03:00 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours from the receipt of payment and are shipped via courier GLS, for shipments to Italy, and FedEx for shipments within the European Union and Rest of World. Both services are checked and guaranteed with online tracking link in order  to check the location of your order.

 

SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • ITALY: shipping is free in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City.
  • EUROPE: shipping is charged to the customer at a cost of € 20.00.
  • REST OF THE WORLD: shipping is charged to the customer; the cost varies depending on the destination zones. 

 

MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority service.
The estimated delivery time for delivery from the date of shipment are those reported in FedEx customers area and are the following:

  • Europe: 24/48 hours from the date of shipment, no later than 12:00am or within the end of the working day;
  • USA and Canada: 4-5 working days from 10:30am to 03:00pm;
  • South America: 4-5 working days to major business centers;
  • Asia, Middle-East and India: 4-5 working days to major business centers;
  • Africa and Oceania: 7-10 working days;

MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT IS NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS OPERATIONS AND CONTROLS, OR ACTS OUT OF MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT CONTROL.

MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT advises its customers to group items in a single order: we do not group two distinct orders placed separately, shipping charges will be applied to each orders if provided.

Shipping costs listed above are not ALL-INCLUSIVE, in everything do not include import duty and VAT exemption, nor for any additional costs related to stationary deposits for non-delivery. Any local taxes and duties of each individual Countries, not related to the import charges, are not included and are charged to the customer.

MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT NOT BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF SHIPPING IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS (SHOWN AT TIME OF PURCHASE).

ORDERS CONTENTS

As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments are accompanied by MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro.
Upon the arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully check the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package should appear tampered, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reject, or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package tampering, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT at customer@moijejouefirenze.it.

All customers who place an order establishing a business relationship with MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their order. If the package is not delivered due to causes employees to customer (wrong address, recipient absentee, incorrect phone number, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with its purchase, unused item may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return of the product must take place in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the notice of the Return Authorization Number and the sending mode.

THE PVC LACE ON THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST NOT BE CUT OR BROKEN
THE RETURN SHIPPING MADE WITH THE COURIER WILL BE INDICATED BY MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT FREE.


If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be charger to the customer.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

To request the return authorization, customer must send a written request to customer@moijejouefirenze.it providing:

  • Reference Order Number 
  • Item codes that wish to return 
  • Requested compesantion

The customer can choose between 3 types of compensation: 

  • SIZE CHANGE it's possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. You can not change the item with a different one. There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return.
  • VOUCHER can be used within 3 months from the date of the return authorization, can't be combined with other vouchers and must be used entirely in one order for the same amount or higher.
  • REFUND to exercise the right to full or partial refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact, in the exact condition in which it was received. MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT reserves the right to refund if the item does not exceed the quality control by MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT.

Once we receive your return request, MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT will send to customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number and the address where to send the shipment.

Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging and all original accessories received along with the order, deemed for all purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
Swimwear and intimate apparel (Bikini, briefs, etc.) must be tried on over underwear: the returns of such items will be refused and returned to the customer in the event that the items show signs of use.

MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT WON'T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS IF DEVOIDED OF TRASPARENT PVC LACE AND MOIJEJOUE TAG PLACED ON EACH ITEM. THIS PROCEDURE AS DEMONSTRATION THAT THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN WORN AND USED. ITEMS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED AND SHOULD NOT SUBMIT ANY OBJECT OF USE. SHOES SOLES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND NOT SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF ANY KIND.

MOIJEJOUEFIRENZE.IT won't accept the returned goods in case the return does not comply with all terms and conditions written above. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the address of the original shipment to customer's expense.
